Reports, frameworks, templates, scores, magazine issues, and digital deliverables are for client internal use only and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used to create competing services without written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES GIDEART™ provides strategic recommendations based on our methodology and information provided by the client. We do not guarantee specific results including ADR increases, review scores, occupancy, revenue, bookings, dwell time, or property value. Results may vary based on market conditions, property type, location, implementation, and factors outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4G Design LLC, GIDEART™, and their owners, officers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, profits, bookings, data, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

REAL ESTATE SERVICES Gridliani Guzman holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License, operating under Brickell Brokers LLC. Real estate brokerage services are provided only in Florida through that licensed broker relationship. GIDEART™ and 4G Design LLC are not real estate brokerage firms. GIDEART™ consulting services are separate from any brokerage activity.
